D3 Week 3 - Empowering The Gospel

Every person on planet earth can agree we all want to be part of something bigger than ourselves. We all want to find our purpose in this world and make a difference for the better. The struggle of today's world is the options are abundant and they often distract you from the purpose that God has for you.

The world will tell you that you need more money, more possessions, more fame, and more recognition. And they will do anything in their power to get more of those things.

But God has called you to be different. You see, from the beginning of time, God knew who you were going to be, what you were going to do, and how you were going to make a difference in the world.

Whether you're a doctor, lawyer, hospitality worker, or a social media manager YOU HAVE PURPOSE.

Now you might ask "How do I know my purpose?" Well, your purpose usually lies somewhere between your passions and your convictions. And if you're a follower of Christ you likely have a passion and conviction when it comes to lost people.

You might not know what your profession is going to be in the future, but as a follower of Jesus, you can still know your purpose.

You may be in a job that you don't like, you may be tired of your schooling, you may even just want to move cities completely. But rest assured, God has you EXACTLY where He wants you. You have been placed in this time, at your job, in your school, for a purpose. Now it is your decision what to do with it.

God has given you the authority, wisdom, and position to reach those around you. Are you going to be bold? or are you going to waste the moment?

Every person on earth has one purpose in common. And that purpose is to empower the Gospel of Jesus Christ by making it known to everyone who can hear.

When you think about the person next to you, think about the joy that you have found in Jesus. Now would you replace that joy for anything? Neither would they if they knew about it! When you hold back the gospel from your loved ones you are holding them back from the joy found in Christ alone!

It's time to use the influence that God has given you to give others the greatest joy that has ever existed.

So be challenged this week, this month, and this year to share your faith and empower the gospel as a priority in your own life. Not only will you see your life change dramatically but those around you as well!

God hasn't called you here for no reason, He's called you here to glorify Him!
