WHY 18:19
The 18:19 Project is more than a property development. It’s an investment in young adults and the future of Sioux Falls.
At tre, we create spaces where young adults ages 18–30 can build meaningful relationships, grow in faith, discover purpose, and develop as leaders.
18:19 takes that mission further. Located in the heart of Sioux Falls, the project will create space for young adults to live, gather, grow, and lead while reinvesting in the surrounding community.
It’s an opportunity to invest in the young adults shaping Sioux Falls today and the leaders who will shape its future.
WHAT WE DO
Every week, tre creates space for young adults to grow, connect, and discover who they’re called to be. Through our programming, young adults have opportunities to grow as leaders, deepen their faith, build lasting friendships, and find a community where they belong.
From Overflow, where young adults hear wisdom and perspective from leaders in our community and beyond, to nights intentionally designed to pour into men and women individually, everything we do is centered around helping young adults take their next step.
We exist to equip and empower young adults to live out their God-given purpose. Because when young adults know they belong, they’re able to discover their purpose and live with hope.

Strong communities are built when we invest in people, and I believe the 18:19 Project is an important investment in the future of Sioux Falls. In my work, I see every day how important connection, mentorship, purpose, and a sense of belonging are—especially for young adults as they navigate a critical time in their lives. The 18:19 Project creates a place where those relationships can grow and where young people can be supported, challenged, and encouraged to become leaders who understand the importance of service and having a community-minded approach.
