Justin has spent the past 10 years leading a team across North America for Nufarm Seed Technologies, where he focuses on the oilseed business, including sunflower, sorghum, canola, camelina, and carinata. His team provides seed genetics to distribution partners serving growers across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, with a focus on conservation, sustainability, and environmentally friendly agricultural practices.

Justin is passionate about the impact tre has on young adults and the way it creates opportunities for them to connect, grow, and encounter Jesus. He believes the encouragement, welcome, and intentional community at tre have an impact that reaches far beyond any single moment. For Justin, it’s the cumulative impact of walking alongside young adults, helping them discover and live out their God-given purpose, that makes tre so meaningful.
