What is Love Your City?
Love Your City is an opportunity for groups of all kinds—friend groups, businesses, churches, families, or teams—to spend intentional time serving together.
We’ll partner with you to design a week of service that’s meaningful, fun, and specific to your group. Every project is coordinated by tre Ministries and blesses local nonprofits and missions, so all you have to do is show up ready to serve.
Gather your group. Big or small, intergenerational or peer-based—everyone is welcome!
Customize your experience. You will meet with Isaiah* to talk through your groups’ needs for the week, from the amount of days and serving projects, to any food, devotional or lodging accommodations.
A note from Isaiah: I’d love to work with you on making your serving week exactly what you need. 1) BASIC PROJECT COORDINATION
Includes planning, scheduling, and access to service opportunities.
Base estimate is $33/person per day. Group size and length of serving week could affect this. We’d love to figure out with you what works best for your group!
2) PROJECT COORDINATION + FOOD
Includes everything above, as well meals and snacks (customizable based on group preferences).

3) PROJECT COORDINATION + FOOD + DEVOTIONAL MATERIALS
Includes everything above, as well as devotional packets and group reflection guides (check out an example here!)

Not necessarily! We work with visiting groups as well and can help arrange accommodations.

Younger groups are welcome—we’ll help match projects that are age-appropriate. For 18+, all projects are available.

Absolutely! As we work on the details of the week, we will work with you to make sure to allocate time for devotionals or any type of team-building activities you want to include.

Projects may include hands-on help (painting, organizing), relational ministry (serving meals, visiting with residents), event support, or special projects that meet specific nonprofit needs.

No, we provide clear instructions, training (if needed), and on-site support so anyone can participate.

We take care of project scheduling, nonprofit coordination, supply lists, communication with organizations that you are serving with…pretty much everything you’ll need! If you have any questions throughout the coordination process, don’t hesitate to ask.

Your group provides willing volunteers, transportation to and from project sites, and any agreed-upon supplies not covered by the budget.

Yes — if you have a heart for a certain cause or nonprofit, we can certainly work to incorporate them into your week whenever possible!

That depends! If you are thinking of having a full 5 days of serving with everything included, that will take some time to coordinate. All in all, we recommend at least 8 weeks in advance to secure projects and confirm with local partners. Wanting to get something set sooner than that? We can host as few as 10 and as many as 60+ people, adjusting projects accordingly.
