  • Deposit: $50 - Deposit will be credited towards the total bill.
     
     Board Room

    • Rate: $45 / hour

     Bridge + Loft

    • Rate: $125 / hour

     Full Building

    • Rate: $150 / Hour

    • Rate: $850 / day

    • Cleaning Fee: $125

  • All rentals may include AV equipment, tables, linens, and chairs.

  • Our entire building can accommodate up to 300 guests.



  • There is plenty of on-site parking available around the building.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to bring in outside food for your event.

  • Booking two weeks in advance is recommended, but we encourage securing your date as early as possible.
