tre Advocate Program

To show young adults the belonging, purpose, and hope that is found in Jesus by intentionally loving and serving others.

The Advocate Program is for young adults who want to partner with tre in carrying the mission of belonging, purpose, and hope. As culture carriers, Advocates practice radical hospitality—going beyond a simple welcome to intentionally create a space where every young adult feels seen, valued, and loved. Through intentional serving, discipleship, and personal development opportunities, they are equipped to love and serve others with God-given purpose.

About the Advocate Program

Are you the right fit? Advocate qualifications:

• Be a passionate follower of Jesus

• Between the ages of 18-30

• Have been attending tre for at least 3 months and been involved in 12+ events

• Have a strong desire to love and serve others

• Understand and be passionate about tre’s mission to help young adults become connected to community and grow in their faith

• Be a person of character and integrity, and exude our core values as a ministry

What is the commitment?

• 1 Year commitment

• Monthly involvement equating to 12+ hours a month (Serving, discipleship groups, check ins, personal development etc.)

What is the application process?

• Apply by clicking the “Become an Advocate” link and filling out the form

• Staff will reach out and schedule a time to connect and go through the interview process and answer any questions you have

• After the interview process, we will prayerfully review each applicant and let you know if you’ve been accepted into the program

At tre Ministries, we are committed to fostering a community of dedicated and mission-aligned leaders through our Advocate Program. While we welcome all young adults to be involved in our ministry, participation in the program is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to deny any applicant if we determine that they are not the right fit for the program or its mission. To ensure that each Advocate aligns with our values and vision, there will be an interview process where applicants will be evaluated based on their character, spiritual maturity, and commitment. Our goal is to cultivate a team that best represents tre Ministries and its mission to bring belonging, purpose, and hope.
